Deriving use cases based on asset IoT and connected business data.

DB Cargo is a leading transport and logistics company. “Wagon Intelligence” is the company's largest ongoing asset digitalization program, set to disrupt business foundations. We worked with the leadership team at DB Cargo to identify attractive use cases throughout the organization. Further, we ensured a strictly user-centric development of digital solutions. Within two years, 5 business solutions were released and the cost-heavy venture became bottom-line positive.

Launching a digital incubator to build industry 4.0 and IIoT solutions.

nexineer digital is a digital incubator in the engineering sector. With its products and services it aims to drive the digital transformation of industrial companies. We worked with nexineers C-level to build-up an impactful organization. After designing and implementing a digital governance framework for all digitalization ideas, we supported the development of the overall digital agenda, the launch of an employer branding concept, and the crafting of a digital academy concept.

Establishing customer success and marketing to foster business growth.

SlidePresenter is a German SaaS grown-up. They offer a powerful tool for knowledge transfer in companies. We worked closely with the C-suite at SlidePresenter on further growing the venture in existing and new markets. A large part of our support consisted of the scaling-up of the customer success and marketing teams. In practice, we designed the new organization, incl. roles and targets, supported the hiring process, and acted as the interim team lead.

Teaming-up to deliver best-in-class services to clients.

STARTvisory maintains close relationships with renowned European consulting boutiques in order to jointly make a difference for clients. One example is our collaboration with the Berlin-based change management consultancy Return On Meaning. We regularly work with "ROME" to, for instance, facilitate strategy processes, coach leadership teams towards reaching their transformational goals or conduct competence training for e.g. problem solving and top-down communication.

Curriculum Vitae

Christoph started his career in 2012 at McKinsey & Co. His work was focused on strategic human capital and organizational change topics. His clients were across industries and sizes.

In 2014, Christoph became V.P. in Strategy and Business Development at BNP Paribas. In this role he successfully managed strategic projects and initiatives on a global scale.

Since 2016 Christoph runs STARTvisory with the goal to help digitalization leaders mastering the challenges of the digital transformation. He  works with clients across industries and sizes.

Christoph holds a Diploma in Economics and a Master of Business Administration. He is also a  Digital Transformation Leader (Standford),  certified Design Thinker (HPI), and SAFe Agilist.

In his free time, Christoph loves spending time with his family, enjoys a stable wind while kitesurfing, and passionately cheers for his favourite sports club.
